
Pumpkin biscuits

Ingredients
120 gr. Pumpkin purée
110 ml sunflower oil
110 gr. brown sugar
280 gr. All purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
200 gr. Walnuts ( optional)
The process
Add the pumpkin to the pan with a spoon of sugar. When it comes soft blending it.


Add the sunflower oil,brown sugar and vanilla extract and mix it.

Add the flour and baking powder.

If you have a machine of biscuits you can use it o if you don’t use a bag with a form.

If you like walnuts you can put on top.

Bake 12 min at 180*C
